Bo 54 und Bo 011 <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Beide Radtypen folgen dem Konstruktionsprinzip des \u201eUr-Typs\u201c des gummigefederten BVV-Rades und kommt mit der geringstm\u00f6glichen Zahl an Bauteilen aus: Radfelge, Radreifen und Gummifederung. Felgenringe und zus\u00e4tzliche Sicherungsschrauben zur Fixierung der Gummifederung entfallen hierbei, die Montage des Radreifens erfolgt mit einer speziellen Einpressvorrichtung.<\/p>\n

Unverwechselbarer Kern der Konstruktion sind die – je nach Anwendung individuell gestalteten – Gummielemente. Hoch vorgespannt und verdrehsicher zwischen Reifen und Felge platziert federn sie entsprechend der Kundenvorgaben und reduzieren Ger\u00e4uschentwicklung und K\u00f6rperschall.<\/p>\n

Beide Radtypen eignen sich besonders f\u00fcr eingeschr\u00e4nkte Raumverh\u00e4ltnissen und sind jederzeit nach kundenspezifischen Vorgaben individuell anpassbar. So wurde bei Bo 011 durch die deutliche Erh\u00f6hung der vertikalen Federwege der Sto\u00dfabbau nochmals deutlich verbessert. Das macht die R\u00e4der auch f\u00fcr besonders kritische Fahrwege sehr gut geeignet.<\/p>\n

Bo 84, Bo 2000, Bo 06<\/h3>\n

Bei diesen Radtypen sorgt ein Radfelgenring – mit der Felge durch einen kegligen Pressverband kraftschl\u00fcssig verbunden – f\u00fcr den verdrehsicheren Sitz der Gummielemente. Der besondere Vorteil dieser Bauart ist die vereinfachte Montage\/Demontage der Radreifen direkt am Fahrzeug zur Reduzierung der Wartungskosten.<\/p>\n

Die Schrauben dienen im \u00dcbrigen nur als zus\u00e4tzliches Sicherungselement. Die \u00dcbertragung der Betriebsbeanspruchungen erfolgt durch den kegligen Pressverband.<\/p>\n

Die von Aufbau her grunds\u00e4tzlich gleichen Radtypen unterscheiden sich vor allem hinsichtlich der Belastungsf\u00e4higkeit und der erh\u00f6hten Federsteifigkeit.<\/p>\n
