Audit passed by the CRCC
Many Chinese high-speed trains run on wheelsets from Germany which are manufactured by the BVV Group. In order to be able to supply the Chinese train manufacturers, the manufacturers of the wheelsets have to be certified regularly. This audit was carried out by 3 auditors from the CRCC (China Railways Test and Certification Center) in total of 8 days. The production sites of BVV Bochum, BVV Ilsenburg, Bahntechnik Brand – Erbisdorf GmbH and our partner company Glumann Maschinenbau GmbH in Chemnitz were checked. This company is a specialist in longitudinal drilling. This audit was for all plants successfully completed on May 12, 2022. That means BVV Group retain its access to the Chinese market for wheelsets for high-speed trains.
