On our ring rolling mill we produce seamless rolled rings up to 325 kg for various applications. Regardless of whether they are made to order or in series, our rings are used in modern mechanical engineering.

Production process

Using a hydraulic press, we produce upset and pierced ring blanks from crude continuous castings or semi-finished products, which we then roll to seamless rings on our ring rolling mill with low tolerances.

With the help of our heat treatment, we ensure the achievement of customer requirements depending on the intended use.

Manufacturing parameters

On our ring rolling mill we produce seamless rolled rings in the diameter range from 240 to 1,600 mm and a piece weight of max. 325 kg.
